What services does Your Event Experts provide?
We specialize in event product transportation, setup, and teardown. We transport your event materials from your warehouse to your venue, assist with setting up and breaking down the space, and provide on-site support staff as needed. Please note, we do not provide décor, catering, or event design services.

How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Ideally, reach out at least 2–4 weeks in advance for local events.

We are based in San Diego, CA, and serve the surrounding areas, including Orange County and parts of Los Angeles County.
